Hello
We have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428dw printer, unfortunately a staff member has pulled off the plastic mylar film that guides the paper through the document feeder when scanning. Of course now whenever the document feeder is used, paper jams. Anyone know where i might be able to source a replacement film or what the part number for it be?

Hate it when things are out of stock. They do show stock for Canadian buyers, hopefully they move some stock around.

As a temporary work around you can try using some invisible tape. We have done that on occasion.
