Product: HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to print from Tray 1, I alwats get a Jam in Tray 2 error.  The printer never picks up from tray one, nor attempts to, justs go right to the jam in tray 2 error. I've followed all given instructions for avoiding jam errors but it is evident that the problem only happens when using Tray 1. It seems that is a conflict with the tray 2 feeder verification, maybe a sensor on tray 2 affected by the tray 1 opened position.
