Hi Alden4,
got frustrated with access for my printer's failure to feed both sides or from regular tray...bought a used one with low copy count as I am comfortable with Samsung ML 3312ND operation and speed...hopefully can use the high capacity toner too.
it's my conclusion that the relays in the feed electronics malfunction which is causing the jams; the machine is clean inside and feed system tight but stops mid-way in feed; it will feed one side only from the 50 count top feeder tray [which is used for letters]...I have no idea if anyone in the Columbus Ohio metro area repairs these older machines or if it is cost effective...so far just a lot of run around...AND worst of all my unit SS# will not compute in your system...seems older machines are deleted! this is sad...my so old HP laserjet 2100 still works like a champ!!!! just the drivers don't for win11; just evil how this works!
well well can anyone offer any solutions?
