Product: HP Officejet pro 8028
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I try to print from my computer, the main paper tray pulls multiple pages at once, shifting the printing of one page on to two or three.  This wastes paper and time.  I've tried cleaning the rollers, but it keeps happening.  Printer is only a few weeks out of the box.

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also ensure the Roller have been cleaned properly. Please refer to Step 3 in this Link: https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/ish_2041450-1757203-16
