HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw is making loud squeaking noises with any print. Otherwise, however, the print quality and everything else is great.

For some printers, especially in the enterprise line, it is possible to purchase maintenance kits that include replacement rollers, fusers, etc.. I am hoping to replace the rollers and perform overall maintenance to solve the sound issue on the printer, and prevent any damage from occurring. I have looked at the parts list on the HP site, but less than maybe 15% of the parts are even available for purchase. I also am unable to find anywhere a maintenance kit.

Does anyone know where I may purchase a kit, or have any other suggestions?

There are no maintenance, fuser or roller kits for low-end printers. The squeaking noise might come from non-genuine toner cartridges. What toners do you use and when squeaking begin?

We only use brand new genuine cartridges. The squeaking has been present for a month.

If the squeak is present all the time you can remove one by one toner to see will it stop.

Turn the printer ON, leave it to initialize, open the toner access door remove any toner, close the door wait for the printer to initialize if it squeaks continue to 2nd toner, if it stops squeaking then the removed toner is squeaking.

Some parts are available, HP Parts Surfer lists the available parts for this series HP PartSurfer

You may also find that some 3rd party parts are available through Amazon or Ebay.
