Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a major printer jam and cannot get to the paper from the back. It is totally stuck and I cannot even get a hold of the paper now. Went through an hour-long chat to confirm that I had the extended care package (3-year next day onsite hardware support) that should be good until April of 2025. And that I need a service visit that would be scheduled. It has been 2 weeks now and no response. Any hints on how to follow up?
