Hi,
Have you tried following the steps below to locate any access door for the printer?

The picture included is quite too zoomed in so it is hard to understand the exact location, what side of the printer is it?
May you include a picture a bit from far away to get some better understanding of the area?

Hi ShlomiL,
The paper is well trapped in the top of the printer - the picture is taken from the rear of the printer - there is no obvious access unless taking the whole printer apart.
