When I print to a 3-5/8x6-1/2 envelope using the manual tray, and specify multiple copies, the printer asks me to confirm the paper source each time.  I'm printing from MS Word.  I setup the priner properties in Word to choose the manual tray.  Even though I load several envelopes in the guides on  the tray the printer doesn't recognize that more than one sheet is availalbe and treats each page like a new print job. When it does this it asks for paper size confirmation each time.  Also, when I tried printing more than 2 copies at a time the 3rd page and thereafter were misaligned and only a fraction of the page printed,  I'm loading the envelopes in  the tray narrow end first.

How do I get the prinere to recognize that there are multiple envelopes loaded in hte manual tray and print the job "normally"???

Have to set the tray settings on the printer itself to that size envelop? Also there is a difference between mp tray and tray 1. If you select MP the printer thinks you are manually feeding one at a time. If you select tray 1 then it treats the feeder like a cassette.
