Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing on plain paper, the print aligns properly with the page size...everything is fine there.  However, when I load Matte Brochure paper (or even photo paper) and I configure both the printer and my software to a matching Matte paper setting, printing of any file gets shifted down the page.  See attached example (I've intentionally blurred the image for privacy reasons).  I've cleaned the paper grab/feed roller above the paper tray, I've cleaned the feed rollers in the back, I've ran every utility that comes with the HP desktop application, printer is using latest firmware update available.... nothing corrects the issue.  I may have to try printing the page 10+ times before it ever properly aligns on the page.  Huge waste of ink and paper.  PLEASE HELP!Scan_001.jpg
