Product: HP Latex 115
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently have had printing issues with my HP Latex 115. While printing, the printhead that moves across the media, it is hitting my crinkled/wrinkled media causing the ink to smear ruining the print. Is there a reason why this is wrinkling?? I haven't had this issue until recent. I used to have a 30" roll in the machine and I now have a 56" roll in it. I did have a few successful prints with the 56" roll and now it's producing bad prints. If this is fixable I'd love some help. Thanks!
