Product: HP DeskJet 3632

Mijn printerstatus 'Papier op' verdwijnt niet terwijl ik alle hulpstappen doorlopen heb en de rollers in mijn printer het papier er wel doorheen kunnen trekken. Er kan een testprint gemaakt worden, maar de melding Papier op blijft terug komen. Het is nog niet gelukt om zelf iets af te drukken, alleen de testprint lukt wel (zonder inkt).
