I am trying this because I don't know what else to do.
I purchased a HP Envy 6000 in February.
I just tried to print four pages and it repeatedly refused. Eventually it told me the ink was low so I changed the black in cartridge. This was not easy as part of the clip that holds it in place seems to have come lose - it can be put in position but i not attached in the same way as the clip on the colour cartridge.
Probably because of this the printer is now telling me it is unable to print.
Despite the fact that I registered this printer with HP -as shown by the fact that my instant ink account, which is linked to this email address sends cartridges for the Envy 6000 my account on here shows no record of it. Only my old printer which I no longer have and is out of warranty. Is there any way whatsover to contact HP to resolve this?
