My 8715 all in one is skipping over photo paper and selecting std. copy paper to print my photos

I'm using a MacBook Pro to send my photo print requests to the printer, it has worked properly in the past but now it is VERY inconsistent, related to pulling the Glossy Photo Paper.

Check the settings before you send the print job. Refer to the document HP Printers - Print Settings Guide (Mac) for help.

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update software on Mac 

Also, refer to the Printer Specifications for HP OfficeJet Pro 8700 Printers to see if the paper type and size used is supported by the printer.
