Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012 All-in-One Printer

Opened the door and the cartridges are not to be seen and seem stuck to the right. I can feel around and the first cartridge appears to be protruding slightly but when I push it in it pops out again. Gone through all the reboot stuff but nothing works to fix it
