My printer has just recently stopped feeding through A4 set of address labels. The label sheet was drawn in initially and the leading edge was visible whilst the printer carriage carried on working but not actually printing.

Try the steps in the document to remove the label sheet of the printer - A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays
Then try printing on a regular sheet.
Keep me posted!

I'd like to help!
To assist better -
Is the label sheet stuck inside the printer or is it printing blank?

Hi Jay,
Thanks for your comment and yes, the label sheet is stuck inside. It is just visible at the rubber rollers and, of course, the cartridge carriage is dancing about until I cancel the printing. Hope this helps.
