Product: HP DeskJet 4152e

I have been trying to put 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper into the tray. It's been very difficult but when it prints, nothing will be on it and if it doesn't it will say no paper is in it at all. The only time it prints fine is when regular copy paper is in the tray. Can you help?
