My HP ENVY Photo 7155 doesn't print envelopes

Besides being roped in with this printer cartridge subscription, I am having a problem printing basic envelopes that are 5x7. Doesn't even recognize I have a stack in there no matter what settings I change in the printer itself or on the document that I'm trying to print. I'm beyond frustrated with what HP has become.  Did anyone else resolve this ridiculous issue? I remember when HP meant quality products.
