Product: HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

My HP Envy 6000 printer has been blinking E3 for weeks. There is no paper stuck, the ink has been changed and the carriages can move freely. The printer has been reset also. Is it ready for the bin? In February, I'll have had it three years.
