I have an HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer that has stopped recognizing paper in the photo tray. It keeps saying that I need to add paper even though it is full. I have removed the paper, changed the size tray, reloaded one page at a time, nothing works.

Please follow the steps below to perform a power reset:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
