My HP Envy won’t load cardstock

I have been trying for DAYS to print on cardstock. It worked initially, then it didn’t. I’ve tried cleaning the rollers inside the printer as well as the one underneath. I’ve adjusted and readjusted the stack of cardstock, making sure it was even on all sides loaded it correctly with the guides, all in vain. I’ve also attempted to load a single sheet of card stock, that didn’t work either. The printer will print on 4 x 6 photo paper and ordinary 8 1/2 x 11 paper, just not cardstock. I have checked and made  sure the card stock is compatible with the printer. I’m at a loss. It’s still under warranty, but I’m hoping I don’t have to go that route.

Card stock is not compatible with your printer and printing on cardstock can only damage the printer.
