Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a problem with the output bin. The paper jams or wrinkles, creases. I have checked thoroughly for paper and cleaned the fuser. I'm at a loss.

Post a sample please. Most often these errors are fuser failure related. How did you clean the fuser? With the cleaning page or did you remove the fuser?

I used the cleaning paper at first, then used the app to clean the fuser. It didn't help.

You will likely need to physically remove the fuser to examine it.
