HP Recommended

My HP Pro 8710 printer says the print cartridge will not move.  I have checked and there is no paper jam, wads of paper nor any other obstruction I can find.  It is stuck all to the right inside the printer.  Anyone have any idea on what can be the problem and if I can fix this myself?  I have turned off the printer and re booted it, but get the same message and it is stuck in the same position.  Thank you.
