My HP Sprocket studio, paper only goes in an inch and says paper jam, reset still doesn’t work!

@Carrie69, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not taking the paper to print. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document under the paper jam and out of paper section.

 

The printer supports 100 x 148 mm (4 x 6 in) HP Sprocket Studio Photo Paper only.

 

Also, check if there are any software/firmware updates for the Sprocket on the sprocket app.

Refer to steps 5 in this document to know how to update.
