HP Recommended

My LaserJet300 MFP300 MFP M375 nw 2 has only 2 paper trays.  However, it insists there is a paper jam in tray 3.  I have the latest driver for it for my Mac using OS 12.0.1.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
