Product: Laserjet Pro M15w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I stored my Laserjet Pro M15w in it's box for a month, and now, after taking it back out, when it starts it makes a thwapping sound, and won't draw paper. It pulls the paper about 1/4" in than spits it back out.  I'm guessing something happened when I put the printer in the box and/or took it back out.
