The error message from my all in one office jet printer is out of paper, when in fact, there is paper. The printer is not picking up the paper. I have cleaned the wheels as directed in a Youtube video. However, that did not fix the issue. I have downloaded the doctor and tried all of those steps. A person who fixes printers but not HP said it sounds like a sensor.
