When I try to print documents from my printer, they stop midway, to the gray ramp part and get stuck. I then have to forcefully rip the paper out and find it crumpled and ripped (from the printer). There is nothing I find wrong with the printer, but it just jams the paper. What do I do? The gray ramp thing is when I open the ink cartridge access door and at the bottom is an image of where the cartridges go on a gray slider thingy. The paper doesn't go past it. And I also realized that the ink cartridges are in the middle and also part of the cause. Yes, I have already adjusted everything. Paper, everything. Help.
