Has anyone had a problem with a brand new 8010e screeching when it prints

@goodpig, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are experiencing noise while the printer is printing. Kindly check for any jams or obstructions inside the printer.

 

Refer to - Paper jam error

 

Also, make sure the print carriage is moving freely - Carriage jam or E3 error
