My hp smart tank 750 always say paper mismatched

My hp smart tank always say paper mismatched even if I checked the paper the paper tray are all the same A4 size paper then if proceeded it will print only by 5x7 size

Load Paper - Starting on Page 23

Next,

Alert the printer to the paper -- 

Change the paper settings from the embedded web server (EWS) > Page 33

Next,

If needful, available, adjust the paper size / type in the application or software you are using to configure and submit the print job.
