Deskjet 2752
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product name :Deskjet 2752 printer. getting noise from the printer when taking print  or scan and even starting the printer we are getting some weird noise. Also Through HP smart I am trying to scan the document in my laptop which has windows 10 installed after the scan it is showing the edit button when I click on it is showing up the blank page. I am not able to edit the page.

This printer is replacement of old printer which had a problem. Now this is also not good. Please respond me quickly.

To isolate the issue, I'd suggest you remove the ink cartridges and power on the printer. Check for noise issues.

 

Meanwhile, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
