Help. Paper is jamming. Looks like the paper is getting shredded by the ink cartridge as that passes over it? I can only clear the paper from the front of the machine by opening where you would change ink cartridge. Nothing appears to be

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
