Back paper loader will not take paper in. how do i switch it to the top loader

The OJ3836 has only one option for loading paper on the back.

Understood. The back loader won't take in the paper to be printed on. How do I fix this. The wheels will spin spin start to take paper in butt it will always fail.

Use cotton swab and alcohol to clean the rollers, let them dry and try to print.

I have tried this once before, and got the same result after. Paper starts to feed into printer then just spins and spins.

You might have a foreign object inside the printer blocking the paper path. Inspect the interior of the printer, on the bottom side you have a small jam access door open them and inspect the interior.

OMG !! THANK YOU. So much for your suggestion. I did what u said. I turned over my printer and took off  the small jam access door and found the plastic cover of a usb jump drive I have. Thank u for your reply to my question. I so appreciate it and u for doing so.
