The problem just started.    Internet connection is wireless.  I keep getting a Windows download error

I see that you are facing slow printing issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this weblink.


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
