My printer was printing good and suddenly the paper does not run up, appears a sign that says no paper, and it is filled with it… what could I do?

Does the printer attempt to pickup paper? If yes and just slips rather than feeding, then you can try cleaning the rollers with a water dampened lint free cloth. If the rollers do not turn at all you likely have a hardware problem.

I had the same thing happen as the original poster.  I was printing five sheets, one-by-one with separate print commands.  4 got printed.  On the fifth I got the "no paper" error message.  I tried to clean the rollers as shown in the video for dealing with "no paper" error message on the hp b210.  When I tried to turn the rollers to clean them they wouldn't budge.  You say that's a hardware problem.  Cheaper to get a new all-in-one (no fax) than to try to have my 10 year old hp b210 repaired?

I want to fix my old printer instead of buying a new one, it was a gift from my late husband so it means a lot to me….besides, it prints two sided sheets and the new ones don’t, I want to continue trying to fix it.
