I'm ordered Hp deskjet 2332 printer at 13 June 2021 at Amazon, but now that printer is turn on but paper is not loading please help me

  2. What is the paper type and size you are trying print on?
  3. What is the exact error you are receiving?
  4. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
