Product: Office Jet Pro 860
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI All, our printer is showing a paper jam message even after we are sure we have cleared all the jamed paper. Also, the cartridges have moved thier way bit by bit accross the printer and are now in the far left position. We have tried the off/on trick, but it still shows up as having a paper jam.
