HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I have exhausted all options as in opening the printer, clearing any signs of paper, wet the rollers and cleaned them. Turned off and on the printer. I'm not sure the next step from here.

I understand that you are facing issues with the paper jam

 

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

However, if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support.
