HP Recommended

I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw, 1.5 years old, not used much. At the beginning it worked OK, but it’s been now for months that it keeps showing the message »paper jam« while there is no paper jam at all. When it was still under warranty the official HP service kind of repaired it, but it helped just for a short period of time. The next time I took it to the service they said they could not fix it. Can anyone advise me what to do?
