Officejet 6962
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am receiving a message when trying to print : There is a problem with the printer or print system. I turned it off as instructed and back on and still got the same message. Prior to this message it kept asking me to load paper in the tray. There was already paper in the tray however it would not pick up the paper. I have an Officejet 6962 (three in one)

It may be that you have a settings issue. If you do not set the paper type and size on the printer correctly, when you go to print the machine will stop and wait for you to load the correct paper. Confirm that when you go to print that the paper size and type you are trying to print on  match what you have loaded and configured on the printer.
