Product: hp 8600 all-in-one

IThe feeder is having a problem so I cannot print, The paper starts to move into the feeder from the tray but stops, The end of the tray that's pushed into the printer is up and I can't push it down so I wonder if that's the problem.  Please help.  Thank you.
