Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just replaced ink cartridges for first time.  All seemed fine.  Then cartridges stuck in left position, grinding sound, cannot move them.  Receiving paper jam error message.  I have searched everywhere including disconnecting power and turning upside down.  Nothing found.
