HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a LaserJet Pro M126, recently got an error message on the Control Panel. Message:  No paper pickup. Press [OK] to continue.

I pressed the [OK] button many times but the message does not go away. I check the pickup rollers and they seemed to be clear. Paper tray is full.

Printer is just over a year old so I'm assuming that the user did something that knocked one of the sensors out of place. First time I have seen this and HP Support was not much help.

Hi @gopal5374,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

If you have performed all the steps mentioned in this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

It could be due to an overloaded paper tray with too many papers.
