Product: HP PhotoSmart 8150

Could you please assist me with troubleshooting my HP Photosmart 8150 printer? It seems to be experiencing a power issue as there are no power lights or display, except for the flashing print button light and strange noises coming from the printer.

I got this printer from a road sale and it worked the first time I turned it on, but when I put paper in it, it shut off and now it will not turn on again.
