No longer able to print on cardstock

My printer, 9025e officejet pro, worked perfectly using cardstock for a couple years. Now it either jams, doesn't print anything or it skews up every sheet. I bought this printer for my store and now it's just a big paperweight. How can I fix this?

If paper is too dry, too damp, curled, or otherwise unsuitable, the paper might not feed correctly, might jam, or the print output might look other than expected.
