Printer: HP Envy Photo 6200 Series

Printer is up to date.

I have tried today over 20 times to print a document onto 10x15 / 4 x 6 paper from the standard feed tray. I have set up the document to print as the 10x15 size from the print menu as well as changing the paper size on the printer after adding to the paper tray.

When printing the document it prints an inch of the document on one side and when the paper has exited the print it continues to 'print' as if it is printing on a standard sheet of A4. I have cleaned the nozzle heads, done an alignment report and everything comes back fine. It prints perfectly on A4 document.

I have also tried printing the 10x15 document set up to print as C6 envelope. This prints the whole image on the document but it is not the correct size paper, so it is not positioned properly.

Where am I going wrong? My printer is less than a year old and is still under warranty.
