Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w Printer. A paper jam issue took place and I removed the paper but then it slowly stopped working. Now it powers up and gives an Error 36 message on the screen. When it powers up there are a few clicks and then the screen dis disabled with the error code. Please help. Ask any details that i can give so that you can help me solve this issue. Thanks
