Not printing saying "door is open"

Hi all,
When I try to print on my hp deskjet adv 2135 , it doesn't work. It shows access door of the printer is opened . But I fully closed all access doors of it. And there another problem when I open the access door for cartridge changing , the tray of cartridge does not come automatically. What is the solution of these problems?
