Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

My printer HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 does not register the paper tray 2.  Can it be fixed somehow or do I have to file a claim?

I see that your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One Printer does not recognize tray 2.

 

Please follow the steps from this document.
