From the start, I had to remove all paper and put in one sheet of photo paper.  If there was more than one sheet - it would grab both. It's gotten worse. Glossy Paper always jams.

I've done all the roller cleaning, etc.

Hi,

Using a Photo Paper would require adjusting the printer settings and using a supported media.

First, what exact photo paper do you use?

The printer supports a Glossy Photo Paper of 220 - 280 gsm, make sure the Photo Paper is intended for Inkjet printers (some may be intended for Laser printers as example) using a thicker or thinner media may cause paper feed issues.

Also, when closing the paper tray, be sure to change the paper settings of the printer to Glossy Paper (either Photo or Other Paper can be tried, this may very for different paper brands.

Also make sure the correct paper settings are selected on your computer:

If you experience further issues, please clarify what exact media you are using.
