My OJ8600 Plus suddenly started jamming on the second page of all duplex printing.  I have cleaned all the rollers and checked the page path for jammed bits, but nothing.  The only thing that I noticed is that you can't push the paper through the path by hand from the back of the printer,  so do the guides lift momentarily to let the paper start going through, so there is some sort of signal coming from the duplexer to do that? Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the duplexer unit and may need to be replaced.
